1. Acceptance of Terms Agreement
By accessing our website, contacting us via phone or WhatsApp, or booking any service from Orange Healthcare Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you are booking services on behalf of another person (such as a family member or patient), you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf.
2. Our Services Services
Orange Healthcare Services provides professional home healthcare services including, but not limited to:
- Doctor consultation and medical examination at home
- Registered nursing care and medical monitoring
- Mother and newborn care (postpartum support)
- Elderly care and daily living assistance
- Home diagnostic services (blood tests, ECG, etc.)
- Post-operative recovery care
- Physiotherapy and rehabilitation at home
- Medical equipment rental and installation
- Critical care and ICU-level support at home
Service availability is subject to location, staff availability, and clinical appropriateness. We reserve the right to decline service where patient safety may be at risk.
3. Patient Responsibilities Your Duties
To receive safe and effective care, patients and their families agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete medical history and current health information
- Disclose any allergies, medications, or pre-existing conditions
- Ensure a safe and accessible home environment for our staff
- Treat our healthcare staff with respect and dignity at all times
- Inform us immediately of any changes in the patient's condition
- Follow the care plan and medical advice provided by our team
- Be present or ensure a responsible adult is present during care visits
4. Booking & Cancellation Booking
Service bookings are confirmed via phone or WhatsApp. The following conditions apply:
- Emergency bookings are processed immediately and subject to staff availability.
- Routine bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance where possible.
- Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before a scheduled visit to avoid cancellation charges.
- Late cancellations (within 4 hours) may incur a partial service fee.
- We reserve the right to reschedule visits in case of staff emergency or unavailability, with prior notification to the patient.
5. Payment & Fees Payment
Service charges are discussed and agreed upon prior to service commencement:
- All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Payment is due at the time of service or as agreed in advance.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and digital payment methods.
- Insurance billing assistance is provided where applicable.
- Equipment rental fees are charged separately and outlined in the rental agreement.
Prices may vary based on service type, duration, location, and specific care requirements. A detailed quote will be provided before any service begins.
6. Medical Disclaimer Disclaimer
Orange Healthcare Services provides professional healthcare by qualified and trained staff. However:
- Our services are not a substitute for hospital-based emergency care in life-threatening situations.
- In the event of a medical emergency, please call emergency services (112) immediately.
- Treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed and depend on individual patient conditions.
- Medical information provided by our team is for care coordination purposes and does not constitute a formal diagnosis unless provided by a registered doctor.
⚠️ If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 112 immediately. Do not rely solely on our services in critical situations.
7. Limitation of Liability Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orange Healthcare Services shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
- Outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete medical information provided by the patient
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, natural events, etc.)
- Third-party services, products, or platforms referenced on our website
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Staff Conduct & Safety Safety
We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for both patients and staff:
- All staff are background-verified, trained, and hold valid certifications.
- Staff will not enter a home environment that poses a safety risk to themselves.
- Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward our staff may result in immediate termination of services.
- Patients may request a change of care provider at any time for reasonable cause.
9. Intellectual Property IP
All content on the Orange Healthcare Services website — including text, logos, images, design elements, and service descriptions — is the property of Orange Healthcare Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
- Our brand name, logo, and trade dress may not be used for any commercial purpose.
10. Governing Law Legal
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana.
11. Changes to Terms Updates
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
